ATI needed a “Get a Quote” page redesign, new “Claims Process” page design, and design for relating sections on the home page. These product additions and tweaks speak to customers who are looking for travel insurance, seeking a quote, determining the right travel insurance company, and finding the right travel plan to finalize their purchase.
My team worked with product managers to develop a clear product story that focused on product education and encouragement to Get a Quote—key focus points were: “Why Do I Need Travel Insurance?”, “Product Categories: Annual, Single Trip, and Rental Car”, “Why Allianz?”. We consulted brand standards, existing ATI.com layouts and overlayed some best practice UI patterns for this specific purpose; additionally designed custom (and on-brand) iconography to match the features to be the focus of these subjects.
Our efforts resulted in improved SEO and user experiences, showing in the increases in quote rate, conversion rate, and organic traffic to the page.
