Overview

Our team was tasked with developing the storyline, scenarios, and real-world executions to support Allianz Partners in acquiring Booking.com as business partner.

Utilizing proprietary market research, our team developed a full UX strategy for the proposed cobrand user experience—from persona development, through customer journeys, to final mockup deliverables. This required a complex and layered understanding of both brands, their end-users and capabilities—then developing UX strategy and real-world compelling deliverables for those areas where overlap was found.
