Event Ticket Protector is an Allianz events-focused product that is cobranded and partnered with Live Nation and TicketMaster.
Our larger team was tasked with developing both the product user experience and the brand. I was design lead on a smaller team that was asked to develop the product’s visual experience, which would drive the UX for product and marketing. Our challenges involved creating a sturdy but flexible strategy for the user experience, both in market and with the product, that was based on the market and user intel that was shared by our cobrand partners—all while emphasizing the uniqueness of the product and providing clarity around a relatively unique and unknown product. Our small team worked with internal strategists, brand managers, product managers and the creative director to build strategy and execution for the key inaugural project deliverables—then collaborating with the larger team to roll out the body of work for execution on a larger body of product and marketing deliverables.
