Office Space & Solutions was sitting on a valuable business, at a critical moment; but needed a modern and user-friendly website redesign, asap.
A clear and user-friendly experience was needed for small-to-medium sized businesses trying to pivot in a rapidly growing virtual office space market. The client wanted a more modern and fitting brand experience for their rapidly growing virtual office space business. The users needed product clarity in this burgeoning market and a clear path to their needs witin our client's website. Further, the client needed an easy CMS experience, customized specifically for ease of use — particularly with capabilities for managing locations and location galleries. Influencing the approach for all these needs was the established KPI of general web page traffic increases, with a specific focus on executive suites.
We moved quickly to absorb the client's market intel and establish user needs, CMS needs, project deliverables and milestones. From that point I began working with our creative director and team on content strategy, user flows and expectations, and designing UI to integrate with the brand refresh. In tandem, I began consultation with our back-end developer on CMS optimization. With all of initial user and CMS user needs establish and designed for, I began front-end development on the site, initiated QA and user testing, then moved into CMS integration and CMS user testing. Lastly, I collaborated with our digital marketing director to optimized code for analytics integration with the client’s business goals in mind.
